Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer

Requirements

1. Experience and Skills

– Minimum 5–7 years of experience in DevOps or related fields
– Proficiency in CI/CD principles for automating software development and delivery processes
– Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience – Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
– Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform

2. Management and Architecture

– Experience in creating, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure as code
– Ability to design, scale, and optimize system architecture for high availability, scalability, and security
– Skill in configuration management, monitoring, and logging to ensure system stability and performance

3. Communication and Management

– Team collaboration skills and effective communication with developers, system administrators, and other project stakeholders
 – Project or team management experience, capable of making technical decisions and coordinating tasks

4. Security

– Understanding of security principles in DevOps, including access management, threat detection, and response to security incidents
– Experience with security tools for infrastructure, such as IDS/IPS, configuration auditing, and vulnerability scanning
– ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana

5. Learning and Development

– Eagerness to continuously learn and enhance skills in line with technological advancements and business needs
– English level — Strong Intermediate and higher

Nice to have

1. Knowledge of Web Services, XML, XSD, SOAP, JSON, REST and ODATA Services
2. Knowledge of Security Standards — SSL, PGP, Encryption, SAML, OAuth etc
3. Knowledge of major communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, SOAP, TCPIP, JDBC, JMS etc

Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance

– Managing configuration and automating infrastructure deployment for applications using DevOps tools

2. CI/CD Pipeline Development

– Creating and maintaining continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to automate and swiftly deliver code to production

3. Container Management and Orchestration

– Working with containerization technologies (such as Docker) and orchestration (like Kubernetes) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications

4. Process Automation

– Developing scripts and tools to automate routine tasks, enhancing efficiency, and reducing manual intervention

5. Monitoring and Security Assurance

– Configuring monitoring systems to track system performance and availability, as well as ensuring infrastructure and data security

6. Version and Configuration Management

– Using code versioning and configuration management tools to maintain consistency and control changes
