Middle Business Analyst (FMCG)

Requirements

1. Basic knowledge of software development methodology
2. Working experience in similar positions in FMCG companies or in the same area on the contractor’s side (integrators, consulting companies)
3. Understanding of relational database design principles
4. Experience in developing technical documentation
5. Intermediate (strong) level of English or higher
6. Thinking systematically
7. Being stress-resistant, ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

1. Studying, analyzing, and describing business processes of the subject area in the framework of ongoing projects
2. Creating reports and specifications for the development of additional functionality of the software product
3. Communicating with the customer, adjusting requirements and the specifics of work
4. Collaborating with the software development team
5. Conducting presentations and demonstrations of software product functionality for customers

Will be a plus

1. Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System), and BI (Business Intelligence) software solutions
2. Understanding the structure of retail distribution and marketing activities
